Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes content and uses that are prohibited on YouGenOne. Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund and reporting to law enforcement where required.
1. Strictly Prohibited Content
You may not use the Service to generate, store, distribute, or attempt to generate (even where blocked by our safety filters):
1.1 Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
- Any content sexualizing minors, real or fictional
- Any content that could be interpreted as grooming, suggestive of minors, or that places fictional minors in sexualized contexts
- Prompts or workflows designed to elicit such content, regardless of whether generation succeeds
We employ automated detection on prompts and outputs and reserve the right to review accounts where such activity is suspected. We cooperate fully with law enforcement and report violations to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC, US), national hotlines in the INHOPE network (international), the Internet Watch Foundation (UK), and other competent authorities in the user's jurisdiction.
1.2 Deepfakes and Identity Misuse
- Realistic depictions of real, identifiable people without their explicit, verifiable consent
- Content that could be mistaken for genuine statements or actions of public figures, politicians, or celebrities
- Voice cloning of identifiable individuals without consent
- Identity theft or impersonation of any person or organization
- Non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII) of any kind, whether of real persons or fictional persons depicted as real
Victims of non-consensual intimate imagery may submit takedown requests through StopNCII.org (adults) or Take It Down (minors). We accept and process takedown requests received through these services.
1.3 Violence and Terrorism
- Content that promotes, glorifies, or incites violence
- Content that supports terrorist organizations or extremist ideologies designated by EU, UN, US, UK, or equivalent competent authorities

1.4 Hate Speech and Harassment

1.5 Sexual and Adult Content

- Content designed to manipulate stock prices or financial markets
1.7 Intellectual Property Violations

- Political content — must be clearly factual or opinion, not designed to deceive
- Sensitive historical topics — must be educational, not glorifying violence or atrocities
- News-style content — must clearly identify itself as opinion, AI-generated, or based on fact, and must not impersonate real news outlets
- Health and medical content — must include disclaimers and not substitute professional medical advice
3. Platform Compliance
You are responsible for ensuring your Output complies with the policies of the platforms where you publish (YouTube Community Guidelines, TikTok Community Guidelines, Meta policies, etc.). YouGenOne is not responsible for strikes, bans, or demonetization on third-party platforms.
4. Technical Abuse
You may not:
- Use automated scripts or bots to abuse free credits
- Create multiple accounts to circumvent limits
- Resell or redistribute access to your license
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service
- Submit prompts designed to extract our internal AI provider keys, system prompts, or to bypass safety filters, including prompt injection and jailbreak attempts
- Perform security testing, vulnerability scanning, or penetration testing without prior written authorization from us. Responsible-disclosure reports are welcome at support@yougenone.io
5. AI Disclosures and Synthetic Media
5.1 Our approach
YouGenOne is a provider of generative AI within the meaning of Article 50 of the EU AI Act. We are working toward marking AI-generated outputs in a machine-readable format (such as C2PA content credentials or watermarking) where technically feasible. Where such markers are present, you agree not to remove, alter, or attempt to circumvent them.
5.2 Your obligations
When publishing AI-generated content, you must:
- Comply with platform-specific AI disclosure rules (e.g., YouTube requires disclosure for synthetic media that depicts realistic events or real people)
- If you are located in the EU and your output is a deepfake — manipulated media depicting real persons or events that did not occur — clearly disclose that the content is artificially generated or manipulated, as required by Article 50(4) of the EU AI Act
- If you publish AI-generated text on matters of public interest (news, current affairs, political debate), disclose that the content is AI-generated, except where editorial review and human accountability apply, as required by Article 50(4) of the EU AI Act
- Not represent AI-generated content as human-made when this is material to the audience (e.g., journalism, education, sponsored content)
- Take responsibility for fact-checking output before publishing
6. Copyright Notices and Takedown
If you believe content generated through YouGenOne infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice to support@yougenone.io with the subject line "Copyright Notice". Your notice should include:
- Your contact information and identification of the rights holder you represent
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
- Identification of the allegedly infringing content (URL, generation ID, or other locator where available)
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized by the rights holder, its agent, or the law
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury where applicable, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder
- Your physical or electronic signature
We aim to review valid notices within 5 business days and will remove infringing content where the notice is substantiated. If we remove content based on a notice, we will, where practicable, inform the affected user and provide an opportunity to submit a counter-notice to the same address.
Repeat infringer policy. Accounts associated with repeated, validated infringement notices will be terminated.
7. Reporting Violations
If you encounter content generated through YouGenOne that violates this AUP, report it to support@yougenone.io with as much detail as possible (URL, channel, screenshots, generation ID where available).
For urgent reports involving CSAM or non-consensual intimate imagery, mark your email subject "URGENT — CSAM" or "URGENT — NCII"; we treat these as priority and aim to respond within 24 hours.
8. Enforcement and Appeals
Violations of this AUP may result in:
- Warning and content removal
- Suspension of generation privileges
- Permanent account termination without refund
- Reporting to law enforcement
- Civil legal action where damages are caused
Where we take action against your account or content under this AUP, we will, where practicable, provide a brief statement of the reasons. You may appeal any enforcement decision by emailing support@yougenone.io within 30 days of the action, with the subject line "Appeal" and your license key. We aim to review appeals and respond within 14 days.
Users in the European Union retain the right to seek out-of-court dispute resolution under Article 21 of the EU Digital Services Act and to lodge complaints with their national Digital Services Coordinator or other competent authority.
9. Sanctions Compliance
By using the Service, you represent that you are not located in, ordinarily resident of, or a national of any jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions administered by the EU, UN, OFAC (US), HM Treasury (UK), or equivalent authorities, and that you are not on any applicable sanctions list. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access where required by sanctions or export-control law.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this AUP at any time to address new misuse patterns. Substantive restrictions on previously permitted conduct will be communicated by email or via a notice on the Service at least 30 days before they take effect, consistent with our Terms of Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
